By using the MeshUltra site, licence portal, flasher, downloads, or shop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms of Service govern use of the MeshUltra website, licence portal, downloads, and one-time shop purchases.

Some features require a site account created through Google sign-in, Patreon sign-in, or both. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. - Do not share your account in a way that bypasses intended access limits. - Use accurate information when linking sign-in or payment identities. - If you believe your account was linked incorrectly, contact support before attempting repeat purchases.
Shop products are digital access products. Completed PayPal captures are verified server-side before access is granted. A purchase is attached to the signed-in site account used during checkout. Your PayPal email may be different from your Google or Patreon email. - Do not start checkout while signed into the wrong site account. - Product descriptions, pricing, and access levels may change before purchase. - Creator or blocked accounts may be restricted from purchasing when required by the site rules. All purchases are for digital access products delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because access is granted at the point of purchase, all sales are final. Digital products are not eligible for a refund in most jurisdictions once access has been granted or the download has been initiated. You purchase knowing that MeshUltra firmware and associated tooling is experimental software. It is provided for use on compatible hardware at your own risk. Features may change, be removed, or become temporarily unavailable between versions. No refund will be issued as a result of a feature change, firmware update, or change in device compatibility.
By proceeding with a purchase you confirm that you understand and accept the following: 1. The product is a digital access licence delivered immediately. There is no physical item. 2. Once access is granted, the purchase cannot be reversed or refunded. This applies in all territories to the extent permitted by local law. 3. The firmware is experimental. There is no guarantee of fitness for purpose, continuous operation, or feature preservation across updates. 4. The operator accepts no liability for hardware damage, data loss, or any adverse outcome arising from the use of purchased access or associated firmware. If you are unsure whether the product meets your needs, contact us before purchasing.
You may not abuse the site, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass payment, access, or device controls. - Do not scrape, attack, overload, or probe the service in a way that harms availability or security. - Do not share generated unlock material, downloads, or access paths in a way that defeats the intended licensing model. - Do not reverse engineer or tamper with account, order, or entitlement checks to gain unauthorised access.
The service may change, pause, or be removed at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security reasons, failed payment checks, or other violations of these terms. Downloads, firmware tracks, and access rules can change as the project evolves.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. MeshUltra firmware is experimental software. By purchasing or downloading it, you accept full responsibility for its use on your hardware. We are not liable for any damage to hardware, data loss, or adverse outcomes resulting from flashing or using experimental firmware. You are responsible for how you use firmware, downloads, and generated output on your own hardware. In no event shall the operator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, purchases made, or reliance on the firmware or its documentation.
