The exact data collected depends on how you use the site. Some information comes directly from sign-in or payment providers, and some is created when you use the licence portal, shop, downloads, or unlock flow.

- Patreon account and membership data used to check supporter status and access level.
- PayPal order and capture data such as payer ID, payer email, product, quantity, amount, currency, and payment status.
- Device-related data you submit to generate unlock output, including identifiers such as MyDeviceID and related generation history.

How the data is used
MeshUltra uses collected data to run the service, attach access to the correct account, verify payments, deliver downloads, generate unlock output, and protect the site from misuse.
- Create and maintain your site account and linked login identities.
- Check Patreon or PayPal entitlements and attach them to the signed-in site account.
- Process purchases, record order ownership, and support account recovery when needed.
- Generate device-specific unlock output and track usage limits or abuse controls.
- Monitor uptime, debug failures, investigate fraud, and enforce account or device restrictions.

This site does not sell personal information. Data may be shared only where needed to provide the service, process payments, or comply with law.
- With Google, Patreon, and PayPal when those providers are used for sign-in, account checks, or payment processing.
- With hosting or infrastructure services that keep the site online and secure.
- If required to comply with legal obligations, enforce site rules, or protect the service and its users.
Retention
How long information is kept
Records may be kept for as long as needed to operate the account system, honour purchases, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
When data is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, anonymised, or reduced.
Your choices
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You can choose not to use Google, Patreon, or PayPal, but some licence portal and shop features will not work without those providers. If you want account details corrected or deleted, contact the site owner through Patreon.
Some records may still need to be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, security, or legal reasons.
- Purchases are attached to the signed-in site account used during checkout, even if the PayPal email address is different.
- If you use multiple login methods, linked identities may be associated with the same internal site account.
